The Presma AR-15 .223 Barrel Vise Block Rod w/ Torque Block is well worth the price. I have the Vism upper vice block and it has its uses but for barrel or flash suppressor installs I prefur the Presma. With the Presma rod, I do not have to worry about over stressing the upper with torque on the barrel. There are more expensive steel rods available but for a tool that will be getting moderate use, the aluminum Presma is right on target for much less money.
Pros:
- Cheap, well built and nice finish and funcrional.
Cons:
- Not for every day use. Aluminum will not survive abuse.
Best Used for:
- Little to moderate use.
