This armorer's wrench is exactly what I needed to brake the stake on the castle nut I removed to replace the original base plate with a single point sling mount. The weight and length of the wrench made it a breeze to get leverage for easy removal. The tool even stood up to my multiple tighting and ...

I purchased it May 2023. When it arrived, it felt very well made and durable.
I used it once shortly after getting it. My max torque had been 40 - 45 ft pounds.
The second time I used it was today Jan 2024. The wrench slipped at 30 ft pounds. I heard a light thud on my desk. I didn’t see what it w...

This has to be the biggest pile of junk for a Armours wrench you could possibly buy. Please don't make the mistake I did, scroll right past this piece of scrap metal. Take my advice and save the headache.. they need to stop selling these. So the pins just fell out immediately on the one side and the other wouldn't even fit the barrel nut correctly but I managed to get it on there. As soon as I applied pressure the meaningless tack welds broke. This is just a horribly made cheap useless junk piece that I wouldn't even give away to me enemy. This is so bad that I don't think I'll buy another "Presma" product period.

Immediately broke, damaged barrel nut and ruined my build. The mil spec spanner portion is barely tacked on and immediately broke off the face of the wrench taking several teeth of the barrel but with it, ruining the pinned and welded barrel that now must be thrown away. I thought saving a couple dollars would be nice but it has cost me hundreds of dollars. DO NOT order this tool.
Pros:
Inexpensive
Cons:
Garbage
