Great tool for upper receiver!
I should have bought one of these years ago. This tool holds the upper receiver for placing in a vise to work on whatever needs to be done on it. I used it to build an upper and it holds it sturdy and works great. A very good value in my opinion. Just get one!

Not worth it
I know this product was very inexpensive, but I at least would have liked it to last one build. This vise block is total junk and snapped when I was tightening the barrel nut. I cannot recommend this product to anybody.
Clamp top of block
Had to clamp top of vise blocks. Barrel nut was tight and block was separating when torque was applied. Works fine after clamping.

worked perfectly
I was a little sketched out at first, trying to figure out exactly how to use it. Once I saw how it actually goes on, it fit like a glove and worked perfectly. Can't be it for the price. This and a reaction rod, and you're golden

Cheap yet effective
This block held my upper while working on the muzzle. It fit my upper well, and it clamped down in the vise without issue. Some folks said it breaks or isn't reliable, but I experienced none of that. Be sure it's lined up properly before clamping down to prevent damage. I see how improper alignment might cause damage to the tool. I aligned mine properly, and it worked as expected.

Vice blocks
They worked to hold rifle in vice gun clamping it on the rifle and in the vise at the same time.
