Most Helpful Positive Review Great bang for your buck
Presma Thread Protectors are well knurled in a small tight pattern. Finger friendly. Threaded to specs and very well finished. I got both in black and stainless. These look much better than the pictures. Clean cuts show a quality job. They weight 4oz. Not enough to get your barrel harmonics out of whack.

Presma Barrel Thread Protector

This was a solid buy im not too shabby with removing firearm accessories so when I got this removing the flash hider was easy and putting this on I suggest some PFTE Yellow Thread Tape High pressure tape your threads and put the thread protector on hand tight use a microfiber towel and a wrench and give it a good snug turn don’t over tighten and youll be good to go Great buy for the price

I may have got the wrong size

It fit for the first couple threads, wouldn’t go the rest of the way, not sure if I got the wrong size but seems like it shouldn’t go on halfway and then stop. *shrug*

Did not fit on my new AR barrel

Unfortunately this thread protector will only screw on maybe 2 or 3 turns before completely stopping on my AR barrel. Did not see any burs on the threads but it does not work as a thread protector on my barrel. Giving two stars because it was cheap and the machining seems pretty good besides not fitting on my rifle.
