Solid feel, clear glass, and diopter helps me read at a distance. - Primary Arms SLx Compact 1x20 Prism Scope Red Dot Sight

Tim's Review of Primary Arms SLx Compact 1x20 Prism Scope Red Dot Sight
You never know how bad your eyes have gotten til you get an optic. With the both eyes open technique it works for me quite well. The center point is mostly what I have used so far. Its great except for the size of the reticle system. It looks like it should be 2x bigger. The chevron pointer is still practically a dot and I have to focus hard to make it out, which is not so great for using the tip as the 100 yard and the inside triangle on bottom as the 200 yard. That's a really big difference for such a small distance in the optic.
I'd get this mostly for it being solid well made materials, clear lens, and perfectly functional center pointer. The ranging lines can tend to disappear against any dark areas because of the tinyness of the reticle system as a whole. Why not make them thicker and more visible?
