I bought one of these for my CZ Scorpion EVO3, and it proved to be a sturdy and accurate little optic. I prefer the etched reticles, so i dont have an absolute necessity on batteries. I didn't think I was going to be terribly impressed, but it worked out just fine. They are very compact and have a realistic eye relief and are perfect for the qucik sbooting that is ofemten nessicary on two way ranges, or in masculine competition with your friends of the range.i liked the optic so much that i bought one for my KELTEC KSG12. I HIGHLY RECOMED THESE TINY OPTICS!

This is a great optic!!! Primary arms has done a fine job providing crisp clear glass. The edged reticle is great for when the battery dies, i still have a working reticle. The battery life is amazing long, but i do wish it was an automatic turn off feature.

I looked at a lot of optics and this is the best for what I need. 100 yards and Prism optic won’t fail and tough as nails

You never know how bad your eyes have gotten til you get an optic. With the both eyes open technique it works for me quite well. The center point is mostly what I have used so far. Its great except for the size of the reticle system. It looks like it should be 2x bigger. The chevron pointer is still practically a dot and I have to focus hard to make it out, which is not so great for using the tip as the 100 yard and the inside triangle on bottom as the 200 yard. That's a really big difference for such a small distance in the optic.
I'd get this mostly for it being solid well made materials, clear lens, and perfectly functional center pointer. The ranging lines can tend to disappear against any dark areas because of the tinyness of the reticle system as a whole. Why not make them thicker and more visible?

The horse shoe reticle makes quick target acquisition and sweeping plates very easy. Don't worry about the the Chevron. I have found if the target is in the shoe, it's a hit for you. People complain about the small Chevron. I shoot 1000's of rounds a year and this sight is deadly at cqb. Out to 50 yards hitting 1/2 silhouette's and plates is simple and very fast. I had a carbine with the same sight and a magnifier. Just adjust the sight, then align the magnifier and focus the magnifier. Don't mess with the sight. If you do it this way, when you flip the magnifier away, your PA prism will still be dead on. Then flip back dead on also. My prizm on my house gun has been on for over a year and is very bright, so the battery estimates seem legit.

I really like my other etched reticle sites this one is just to small to be very useful unless you throw a magnifier behind it.

This Optic looks real nice on my Mini-14 Tactical. I use it for Dawn and Dusk hunts where illuminated reticles work best with my old eyes.
Highly recommend this set up.

Nice little scope for the money. Time will tell how robust it is , have run 2-300 rounds so far and no loss of zero, but only 9 mm PCC

Great little optic on 1st inspectionn.
Only complaint so far is atypical mounting screw pattern.
Would be much eaasier to move around or use alternative mounts if it used the standard 2 screw mount.

Primary arms makes super clear optics, great quality parts for fair prices. In my opinion the prism scope is a greater alternative then a red dot, because of its edged reticle. I most definitely will purchase a higher magnification, for another build.
