Needed, but not needed
It’s a perfect contour to attach an ACOG style scope to your carry handle. If you got the Primary Arms GLx 2x Prism scope like I did though, it’s included and you don’t need to buy this. Optics Planet was good to accept my return. I bought the carry handle adapter as well because it is needed.
Works, but be aware that they may come with the relevant mount
They do exactly what they should, no problems. However, do note that it "may" come with the carry handle adapter. I ordered a couple, and while I read that I needed to buy this component separately, one did come with both adapters I bought. I recommend buying the carry handle adapter first, inspecting it when it arrives, and only order this after confirming you need it. Not much else to say, these things do what they should.

Because my GxL came with hardware I used this with my SLX nice they sell these Optics Planet is my go too.
