I bought a Primary Arms 1-4x scope on a friend’s recommendation. While it is a good value for the features (true 1x, illuminated, 30mm tube, low capped turrets, holds a zero, lens covers), I couldn’t overlook its short comings- weight, length, unforgiving eye box, and a high degree of edge distortion (fish eye) on the lenses.
