The company that makes these (Primary Arms) has since discontinued them, which is a real shame. Get them here while you still can. I needed a pressure-switch for mounting my Surefire light on my rifle, and Surefire does NOT make a pressure switch for the G2 series. This happens to fit them and several other types of lights, including the ones Primary Arms originally built it for. The function is excellent, though I was hoping for a constant-on button on the switch (again, really hard to find in ANY low-priced pressure switch), which it does not have, and it doesn't take away that annoying low-high mode change each time you use it; however, this is a built-in functional issue with the light itself (buy the Surefire G2X Pro if you don't want that feature) but I got the model I did because the color matched my rifle (forest green). I was hoping that by this device replacing the factory tailcap switch, that the light would revert to "high-only", but not so. This pressure switch is very strongly built and should stand up to service for years. Get it while you still can!

This tape switch works with the Gen II version of the primary arms weapons light. This fits perfectly. The switch can be activated on either end. One end has a button. Very good quality. Please note you will need someway to secure it to your platform. 9 out of 10.
