Set screws are trash - Primary Machine Glock 9mm Stealth Compensator

Followed installation instructions. Threaded compensator until it was as tight as possible while being level with the slide. Applied red Loctite to set screws. The set screws strip out before you can get them tight enough on the barrel to prevent a compensator from coming loose. I tighten both screws as much as possible until they stripped, this took very little force. After allowing the red Loctite to cure for a few days I took the pistol shooting and after five rounds the compensator was loose and able to unscrew. So now the set screws are impossible to get out or tighten more. Making the compensator useless.
