Takes the bark out of .223
I purchased the CQB for my AR for hunting purposes. I don't wear ear protection while hunting and wanted something to reduce muzzle report and hearing damage. This is the ticket, just enough reduction to make it bearable without excessive silencer weight for all day carrying.

Best device l have ever used
If you want a device to make your rifle a little quieter, this is it. It also helps with the flash. It is made in two pieces because of the complexity of the blast chamber. Work's as PWS advertises. I own five. Make sure to use crush washer or lock nut so threads don't go to far in.

Chunky little thing
I put this on a 7.5" 300blk with an SB pistol brace and it balanced at the center of the magazine. Haven't shot it yet, so I can't speak to the muzzle blast.

No muzzle flash
I put this muzzle device on a 7.5” AR and it exceeded my expectations. The factory muzzle device produced a fireball probably 16” in diameter and concussion was unbelievable. After installing the PWS CQB the muzzle flash was all but eliminated. And the sound was directed forward. You absolutely still need ear protection it doesn’t reduce decibels at all but it went from being noticeably loud even with hearing protection to just like any other rifle. During the day you cannot see any muzzle flash and even at night it’s hardly noticeable. And before at night it was legitimately blinding. This muzzle device is an amazing flash hider. I would highly recommend for any sbr or AR pistol.

Nice comp for the money
Not the best looking comp but for the money it works. It has a nice hybrid design with part flash hider in the the front. Does a good job at redirecting the blast and noise forward and controlling muzzle rise.

Perfect for my intended use
Fit and finish is very high quality, I bought it for a pistol build and does a great job reducing perceived concussion and muzzle blast. A little end heavy but not bad and also helps reduce the muzzle flip a little bit. Very happy with this purchase

High quality
From the first moment you can tell this is a high quality product. Easy installation and very solid. Might be a little heavy for some but the trade off is the strength and quality. Cool design. Package is solid with very simple installation instructions.
