To say these run large, is like saying a 747 is about the size of two seat cessna! - Primos Hunting Gunhunter's Vest

These run HUGE. I normally wear an XL and have a little bit of room. And I fully grant that a hunting vest should be sized to fit over insulated clothing, but come on.....this XL vest measures 59" through the torso. That is just ridiculously over sized. Carhartt, Columbia, North Face all say XL is 46"-48/9" and 59" would be a 4XL. So the sizing on these is just whack-a-doodle. The features and design seem good but I'm concerned with the button holes which seem a little weak. I would prefer a zipper because moving through brush, button plackets tend to catch on twigs. So I have to exchange this for a smaller size, and might drop down to medium or try to find out direct form Primos what their size chart is. So order at least one size smaller than you would normally and maybe two sizes!
