Most Helpful Negative Review BROKE the first time of asking
The light is fine for what you are looking for. Comes with various mounts for various platforms. HOWEVER, none of that matters if the flashlight cant be mounted. I just received this product and went to mount the flashlight to a mount and one of the nibs that mate the two together broke immediately, i know i didnt apply too much force because the other nib did its job and didnt break. if you needed to replace the battery, you would need to decouple the light from and mount which increases the chance of the nib just breaking off. im not buying this product for good lighting, im buying this pro...

Ir is visible

The ir light is actually a dim red light. Bought as task light for my nods. Would not have purchased had I known the light was visible to those without night vision.
