I use this for military duty and it works great. Red light when i need it with a flick of my finger. Very easy to set up and change battery & colour filter.
Pros: Waterproof, bright, 3 colour filters and power settings

One of the best for the money...
I bought this to utilize in a helicopter that utilizes NVGs; the blue filter matches that of our NVG cabin lighting. I use this headlamp on my MOLLE compatible vest, the slits in the headlamp strap mounts allow this.
Pros: bright, able to be removed from headband
Cons: not submersible for extended depths or periods of time
