The parts came in a plastic bag, not the bag pictured in the photos. The included instructions were clear and concise, but unnecessary. It was easy to replace parts and they work great. All parts listed in the description were included.

Over the years I've had at least 20 different earphones and these are excellent. They appear to be indestructable and work extremely well. Can hear normal sounds but the high decible noises are lowered to normal levels.
