Just got 7 1911 full-sized 8rd mags from 2 different vendors. 3 actually worked the other 4 wouldn't go in without great force, and I had to pry them out, pure junk. I can't believe they continue to put out junk like this.

Buyer beware; will not fit in a 1911 that has a magazine well. Butt plate on magazine was too wide and would not allow magazine to lock into place in gun.
Magazines are designed for a 1911 frame with No Magazine Well.

Budget freiendly

I have three of these 10rd in .45 they work just fine at the range but don’t line any heavy rapid fire they are built cheap but I have used the same three for drawing practice and reload practice for 5 years I don’t like to drop my chip McCormicks in the dirt more than I have to

So I read through all the answers and was told these will fit my girsen 1911. Tried to put the 1st one in and would even fit in, send one slid in then wouldn't come out.. foe all government models my butt. Junk don't waste your money

terrible mag for serious use

After using for a week on my Kimber 1911 custom ii, both 8 round magazines I ordered don’t eject easily and get stuck half way, leaving user to pull mag out. The standard Kimber mag ejects no problem. I want to request a refund but don’t know if optics will take it back being it’s been used. You pay for what you get.. we never learn.

  • doesnt eject properly
