Perfect for working on your rifle. Fits securely and does what it's supposed to do - hold the rifle in your vise so you're free to work on your lower. Great benefit to be able to use both hands to do a job, rather than holding the lower with one hand and working with the other.

Product does not work
This product does not lock in like it suppose to. It suppose to lock in like a mag and release only when you push the mag release button. I have colt, DPMS, PSA, did not work on any. I have another one I bought from another company that cost twice as much but it works like it suppose to. It locks do...

Simple and works
Handy. Easy way to hold the lower in place while working. Frees up a hand and makes it easy to properly tighten and score the castle nut

Magazine Vice Block
Does what it supposed to. Does not fit my firearm well. Does not lock into maxwell and there is back and forth play.

Lower builder
Work good to hold lowers being built or a new trigger install. Solid and fits mil spec well. Used it a few times and nothing but good to say a about it. Easy to use and my favorite inexpensive. Fast shipping made the whole thing easy and smooth.

Works well for multiple builds
I would recommend this product. It is reasonably priced, and has held up well for multiple builds. The polymer is strong enough that it has not cracked or smudged, and still locks up nicely in the lower.

Works well for maintenance tasks
This vise block fits well in mil spec lower receiver. Provides solid mount of lower receiver when performing both maintenance and cleaning tasks. Recently used to swap triggers between receivers. Also helpful when installing buffer tube and trying to keep rear pivot detent pin and spring in place.

Doesn’t lock in
Like a previous review my mag block also wouldn’t lock into place when the block was inserted into mag well when the stopper was level to the bottom of the mag well. In all three other positions it does lock into the mag well but my lower won’t rest level on the blocks stopper. It looks like the slot was milled or molded a little too high on the one side only.

Lower receiver block
This is a great product. The fit to the mag well is tight and holds the part firmly, making torque setting easy. Quality product for a great price. I would recomend this to anyone. Buy this, bulid a rifle, shoot said rifle, realize life is good.

Analyzing the Block
Nice tool for stabilizing in vise! Holds up when tightening castle nut and other various parts when installing. Extremely useful to the novice or first time builders. Highly recommend this product! Great buy!!

Buy something else
If you are looking for a vise block that fits as snug as a Magpul magazine (which has a little bit of play) or tighter, look elsewhere. I was able to assemble multiple lowers using this block but it had a lot of side to side and up/ down movement.
