Mark 1 1945 III*. Magazine is too wide on the flanges and body to fit in the well. Only holds 8 rounds very tightly, doubtful it will cycle correctly.

Good Enfield magazine
The mag arrived in good condition, and slotted right into my SMLE. Feeds well. It is not a match for the original magazine shape-wise, it is a No4 rifle magazine with the second catch riveted on to make it work with the No1 MkIII. So if you aesthetically need a visual match, this ain't it. Me, I needed a functional magazine, and this is definitely it. I am well pleased and will order a couple more as backups for my other Enfield rifles.

you get what you pay for
It's definitely not the best magazine. i would still recommend getting an original, but for the price of one original, i can get two of these. i bought these for a buddy with a sporterized rifle with a short mag, and these are definitely better than the one he had

Like a glove
It took some shopping around to find the right mag for my mark III and this is it! Fits like a glove and feeds smooth.

Nice OEM replacement
This fit into my Enfield as intended. It has a nice fit and finish. It’s strong and easy to load. Goes in and out of gun easily. The finish is durable and feeds the rounds just as it should. I will be getting another one soon.
