Excellent product, not so good vendor
I ordered the Archangle kit weeks ago along with another kit for my Ruger 1022 which was supposedly on back order. This kit wasn't shipped until the later finally arrived nearly 3 weeks after. This after calling and complaining and then being told they would ship separately. The kit is heavy duty and easy to install. Cleaning will be difficult as the reverse needs to be done to remove. Also, if you have the scope pkg for your 897, you will need to order pica tinny rail scope adapters. All in all, the kit is great but I will never again order from Optics Planet.

I really like the upgraded look to my 597 really gives it that cool tactical look, being a military guy it had the look. I will say it was a hard fit with a lot of parts. So i guess my biggest complaint is i clean my weapons after every shoot. With this upgrade it makes that a pain in the butt because you have to tear the whole stock apart just to clean and i mean you have to take all the different stock parts off. So i would definitely recommend if that is something you don't mind doing. This cold also change your scope sighting Having to remove everything every time to clean.

Archangel 597
Easy and rock-solid install. Except for the goofy muzzle piece and bayonet, the completed conversion looks great. A welcome transformation for the venerable old 597.

Loving the Arc Angel body kit
I love the style change from looking like a plan Jane rifle to looking like a ar15 tactile gun. Very light weight and very easy to change the conversion kit. Took about 15 minutes from tear down to completion. Loving the new options for different styles of red dot, scope and sights I can use at the same time!

Great upgrade
I love my new stock it gives my .22 lr the look and feel I want. Also now I can buy lots of accessories for my firearm. It assembled very easily and is quite durable. It also cleans easily with a little soap and water. I love this.

Super Easy Install
It was super easy to switch stocks. Took about 15 minutes and it looks awesome. It's a very well built product. Good weight to it and seems like it will take a beating. Rails were all perfectly sized, attached accessories with no issues.

Your typical pro-mag item
Great product. Very light weight. Strong material. Need to be careful not to strip the screws since it's a polymer material. It already has the qd swivel point in 2 locations. I would prefer more rails, but it's only a 22 and doesn't need many items on it. Three top reciever part is hard to put on but no issues. Great product.
