This stock is exactly what I was looking for. Rifle was drop-in fit, took 3 minutes. Really!

Great product. Just what I needed. Nothing fancy just a foldable sinthetic stock. Makes 10/22 easy to transport.

This is the best thing, that has happened to my Ruger. It's more useable and changed the looks of my rifle.

I ordered this stock for another gun and it has the screw and then I ordered again and it’s missing the screw. I had to cut down my stock to get the metal that holds the takedown screw on an original polymer Ruger stock and drill a hole in the bottom of the pro mag stock so it could fit the metal holder snug to fit the takedown screw to give me the width I needed. Pro Mags Quality Department cant be the smartest if the package only has two items and they forget to put the screw the only other item for the stock.

I was looking for a foldable stock for my ruger 10/22 and saw this for a good price. Fits well and looks good. Also the best price on the internet.

Can't believe how well this stock fits my 10/22. I thought for the price it might be a little sloppy, but my receiver went into it like it was machined, not molded. Fits like it's bedded, and the barrel is floated nicely. Very comfortable hold with the stock extended as well.
I am beyond pleasantly surprised by how well this turned out to be.
Note: Slight negative for me were the little pic rail mounting points up at them --- the side mounts can be taken off, but they leave ugly mounting blocks underneath. I decided just to leave them on and ignore them since the rest of it is just wast I wanted.

Hard to believe folding stock STILL came without mounting screw. Price was good and quality is good though.

Comments have been saying the boxes are missing a takedown screw for over a year. I figured the issue was resolved and ordered the promag folding stock. You guessed it, still no takedown screw.

Promag or Optics Planet should have fixed this long ago or at least stopped selling it until the issue was resolved.

I wanted a simple, light weight folding stock for my 10/22. I did not want to spend a ton of money on it. I wanted it to fit properly both for the action and for me. I wanted it to allow me to use either iron sights or a simple optic. Here it is!
I could do without the "rails" on the front of the stock but some may like them, I can see uses for them...no deduction for that, its just a personal thing.
The fit of the stock is fine for me, a normal size 5'10" adult. I don't need an adjustable stock that adds weight and complexity as well as additional cost. Hey, its just a simple .22 rifle guys! The hand grip is nice also. It fits my normal size hands and has a decent texture to it. All in all this stock was the best match up for what I wanted. The fact that it was so affordable and shipped so fast was just icing on the cake. Another great deal from Optic Planet.
AND....mine came with the proper size mounting screw and it fit perfectly.
