Most Helpful Negative Review
8 round S&W Shield Mag Not a very good product.
It worked as expected for the first 7 rounds. Then instead of chambering the 8th round, it signaled the gun that it was empty and the slide locked back. I have contacted Promag about their 3-year warranty and am waiting for their response.
Awesome product
Hard to find product. Found it with ease optics planet has it all

9mm pro mag
Bullets are hard to load in the mag and the spring sticks … I’d be afraid to count on it in a serious situation .. even after oiling the mag it still sticks and there for the bullets don’t advance … I’d use it for a paper weight ..
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- Not to be trusted
Best Used for:
- paper weight

Not for Self Defense Bullets, great for the range.
With M&P Shield 9, 8 count mags.
The follower allows the bullets to tilt slightly nose down. No problem feeding fmj round nose. Fit is perfect with 5 in the mag. First five sit up nose high. Last 2-3 are a no-go. The last bullets loaded into the mage (first out of the mag) tilt nose down causing the leading edge of the HP cavity to catch the front edge of the mag and not feed.
All four mags that I purchased have this problem. Will keep these for practice at the range with FMJ round nose bullets.

Seems to be good Quality... but
Seems to be good Quality... but the magazine would not seat with the spacer in place, however, it worked fine if you removed it. This was to be primarily for range use but since I returned the item I can't comment on how well it functions. I have never had any trouble with Pro Mag prior to this minor issue.
