XD magazine base plate/extension
I was skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews but by far impressed. Some will say it only adds one round but i found that if you change the follower to a spring internal in stead of the factory follower that has a piece of plastic down through the spring it frees up for room in the mag when the follower bottoms out. I have 16 total rounds in a factory 10 rd springfield magazine with a aftermarket follower with this base plate. Thats a whole total of 6 rounds with this base plate and aftermarket follower. FFT.
NOT plus 4 But it works…
For restricted states(CA) you can add it to oem 10 rd mag and it will NOT increase capacity it’s just for looks but it does look badass, I tried this on a 16 rd oem mag and no matter how hard is pushed and even used a loader I was only able to get plus 2 for a total of 18, some say a adtermarket follower helps but it should mention that before you buy, looks great and badass either way, I have yet to try it at the range and will update when I do

Money well spent.
I love the easy install the extra ammo capacity and the look is straight off of John Wick. My xd9 looks like a lead spitting machine. I ordered to and he'll I should just buy the rest of the inventory because when I say stellar quality I mean its all in the pudding. Get you one or ten. While they last.

Great item with one flaw
This was a great pickup at yhe price! Most places are selling for 3x the this price. My only issue is it only added one more to the magazine. I wish it added +4 to my XD-9 but it still gives the the length I needed.

Easy swap, does what it says, great price!
For $10, adding an extra 4 rounds to my primary magazine for my XD-9 was a no-brainer, as was the very simple swap from the original base plate. Absolutely no issues; 1 minute of install, and an extra 4 rounds in the hoppa! AWESOME! I can't comment on build quality over time, but it seems robust enough.
