Ruger aap1022od archangel stock. - ProMag AAP1022OD Archangel 10/22 Polymer OD Green

I love this stock. A lot for the money. However, don't think you are just going to put this on your rifle. Make sure you have a large file and some time to fiddle with this to get it to fit. First it doesn't fit at all, at least for me it didn't. First I had to do some filing to get it to fit the action. NOTE: Whatever this stock is made of it does not sand or file easily. Then I had to do some more filing to get the mags to drop out. The filing makes the inside of the stock look a little ugly but nobody sees it if your careful. Also the bull barrel lines up a little to the left on the barrel channel. It is warped somehow. I am still working on that problem. I think a little bias to the right and a hair drier might solve that problem. Once I got it on the rifle and working. It is a bad a-- stock. Great adjustments, a little stiff to adjust. I think some dry lube will solve that problem.
I watched the youtube with the guy from Pro Mag installing it and it sure looked simple, not so.
I live in Phoenix, AZ where they are made. I should go down and show them my handy work.They would be impressed.
Don't be afraid to buy this stock it is a great value even with it's idiosyncrasies.
