Promag aaqbd an engineering marvel - ProMag Archangel Quick Break-Down Stock for Standard Ruger 10/22 Rifles

The ProMag Archangel Quick Breakdown is a well built well engineered marvel. The people at ProMag deserve an award for thinking out outside the box with this innovative 10/22 stock. To be able to turn any old Ruger 10/22 into a 10/22 breakdown is genius. I do not own a factory Ruger Takedown but I think I prefer ProMag’s design over the original Takedown and here’s why. When the rifle is broken down it is one interlocking compact unit, barrel, receiver and stock become one not two pieces like the original Breakdown. Being able to pack it as one piece is better than having it rattle around as two pieces in my opinion. The only issue with this stock and I was aware of it before purchasing was that the 10 round clip tends to stick without a light filling at the insertion point. Nothing out of most people’s skill level and once done your ready to rock and roll. I encourage you to research the stock. There is a decent amount of info on social media regarding the stock but not as much as I would expect. I wish ProMag much success with this product. I would hate to see it fall to the wayside and not be available for others.
