This stock fit great even without taking off my Simmons 3-9 scope. What a lot of reviewers are doing wrong is putting in the magazine screws first. YOU MUST PUT IN THE BUTTSTOCK SCREW IN FIRST TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY...... THEN THE 2 MAGAZINE SCREWS... THEN GO BACK TO BUTTSTOCK SCREW AND YOU MAY GET ANOTHER 1/4 TURN TIGHTER. I had zero issues and saw a video on YouTube showing this. The stock fits tight and NO DREMEL NEEDED
