I build arto with Aero Preston M5E1 upper and nickel boron bolt. Ran about 60 rounds cleaning 3 times, then changed scope to my Nightforce no’s 5.5-22 and ran it through the these on bipod with bag at the 100 yd range four groups of 5 my best was right at 1/2 inch NONE were over 3/4 in hitting 1/4 dot on each of the 4 5 in targets at least one of the 5 hit the 1/4 center dot. Was using palmetto upper before and it was grouping as large as 5 in. Didn’t know or believe an AR10 could shoot as good as my Preston bolt gun. I am amazed Love it. It is the 24” 6.5 creedmoor. Proof SS 6.5 Creedmoor Barrel
Proof consistently puts out quality product. Chamber and throat look good, along with the feed ramps. Haven't shot it yet, but anticipate an accurate barrel. At the price point I don't think you can really go wrong with the proof.

Proof SS 6.5 Creedmoor Barrel
Quality is what I've come to expect from proof. Feed ramps were clean and the chamber looked great. The extension was a little loose for my liking (most likely the upper) so I shimmed it with 0.001 shim stock and everything went together tight.

excellent finish & machine work . sub moa groups during brake in . the weight of this barrel is right for me . I will probably be getting one chambered in 6mm Creedmoor in the near future.i would recommend this barrel.

Awesome barrel
Quality is very obvious. Groups started shrinking from 1.5 to sub moa at around 100 rounds. I suspect it will get to half moa. Zero malfunctions with an adjustable gas block. Be prepared for the weight, it’s a boat anchor but is worth it.

- Very accurate, more of a bull barrel, comes with proprietary gas tube.

Proof Reserch PR10 SS CamGas 6.5 CM Barrel 24"
Just received the proof reserch barrel and I am very pleased with the quality and finish of this barrel. The barrel is lightly polished and there are no machine marks or flaws in the finish. M4 feed ramps look well machined with no roughness. I have several other barrels and this product is of same quality as Wilson Combat and WOA. Based on Proofs reputation and many forum reviews I have read I antipate this barrel will shoot well. The price was great for Barrel with cut rifling. I chose Proof after looking at several options between $400-$600 dollars. I'm very pleased with this purchase so far and will hope to put this barrel to the Test this fall.
