Best Fleece Liner Hands Down
You pay a little more for the Propper brand fleece, but it is absolutely worth it. You get what you pay for, and with this fleece liner you get quality. Minimal shedding, good material (PolarTech fleece), and well made. If you are Air Force or Army, this is the one to get.

It's mill spec
This is a mill-spec fleece, I don't feel like getting into details. But this liner paired with the proper (no pun intended) water proof or wind proof shell will work miracles.
