Tough enough - Propper Genuine Gear BDU 4-Pocket Coat, 60/40 Cotton/Poly Ripstop

Jacket is constructed well. Sizing correct for me. The weight of the material seems heavy and stiffer than 100% cotton. Cotton is softer and quieter, but not as durable, soaks up water, mud more than a blend. Lot's of trade offs. I got my Tiger stripe camo for hunting in the mountain jungle. It rains and it's muddy of course! The material needs to be washed and broken in some what. The sizing(something like a water spoof starch) takes a while to wash out. The more you wear and use it, it will get a little better. It's the poly blend I think that makes it stiff as well as noisy. Just go slower! Good Luck.
