Great replacement units. Seem to hold up well with minimal compression memory. Finally found some large enough for my size 14's! Use them daily in my duty boots; feet don't hurt as much in the evening.
Pros:
Come in X-large.
Easy to trim to shape
Cons:
Could be a little thicker.
