great belt for “light” duty
By no means is this a “duty” belt. I bought it for my son who needed it for his ROTC class B uniform. It does a great job and seems to be holding up. It is easy to put on and secure. Does not loose tension through out his day.

Good Value
I haven't had this belt for too long, but it seems to be well-made. The nylon belt is well-woven and stiff enough to hold a full-sized firearm with minimal give. The ratchet buckle is made of hard polymer and is non-magnetic (except the screw); adjusting it is easy and intuitive. I've not yet taken it into an airport, so I can't confirm whether it's security-safe.
