Defective watch delivered - ProTek Titanium Field Watch

The watch that was delivered was free of surface blemishes however it was not functional, that is, it did not tell time, the hands did not move. I cannot recommend this product because the quality control on it is so low as to deliver a nonworking watch one could not be confident that more subtle defects were not present as well. Optics Planet readily provided a Return Merchandise Authorization upon request.
