Bad battery pack adapter - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Pulsar Core RXQ30V 1.6-6.4x22mm Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope

My brand new Core RXQ30V seems to work fine. The problem I have had is with their lack of support. I can not get my battery pack adapter to work. I used a multi meter and there seems to be no connection between one side and the other. I contacted Pulsar and was told to contact support in my country. I called the number for the USA support and spoke with a guy in Texas. I explained that I had a Brand New scope and the external adapter does not work. He replied that Pulsar no longer makes the adapter so there was nothing I could do! I do not believe that they do not have one adapter some where. I am feeding it batteries usually 2 a day (if I don't forget to turn it off). It sure would be nice to use my rechargeable battery pack.
