I'm very impressed by this product for coyote hunting. I use it to scan for targets and ID with my nightvision scope. Only complaint is it eats batteries like I eat Chips Ahoy cookies! Animals cannot be ID'ed using this device unless rather close but heat signatures can be seen on coyote at approx 600 yards!
