THESE ARE FOR TAPERED BARRELS....ask me how I know. Found out the hard way. Got thread locked to a barrel. If you have a normal barrel get the Q Rearend. Your welcome.

Fantastic Muzzle Brake
Purchased the Q Cherry Bomb for .45, .578-28. There are not many options for this twist and caliber, but I was glad to take a chance on the Cherry Bomb, and it did not disappoint. I have a Plan B on an Omega 45k, and this and a 3lug were possibilities. What I like about this is that I can fire my weapon without the suppressor and still enjoy some of the benefits of a muzzle brake. Additionally, when I take off and place the can on the firearm, it maintains consistent alignment, with zero shift in the point of impact.

It works....!
When using, make sure that you have your Thunder Chicken or Trash Panda mounted to it. If you fire this with no can, the gas and subsequent dust cloud goes in all directions. I bought 2,and I have one on my 18" Christiansen .308, and one on my 7" .300 Blackout. I'm happy with mine and it's less expensive thanks to Optics Planet .

Works Well
First, This device installed easily with a 1/2" socket. That was a nice change form wrenching on the outside of such devices.
Secondly, It worked well as a host. Good thread as well as a good diameter.

Perfection
I bought this to go on my 8.6 Blackout. It was very easy to install and fit perfect. Mates up to suppressor and works together as should. I will be buying more products from Q in the future.
