We bought them to put in the different vehicles in case someone got hurt bad, and was bleeding a lot. We haven't had to use them, and hope we never need to.
Pros: Handy size to throw in the Car, Boat, Etc. in case something bad happens.
Cons: None, other than they get a little pricey.
Would recommend: Yes
