DB's Review of R&D Precision 9mm Colt Pattern Mag Well Insert
No instructions included but installation was pretty self explanatory. I did have to remove the top washer since it prevented me from putting my upper in place. Tried with both 32 round promag and ASC and they both fit fine. Its made from metal so I'm hoping it'll last a while
