This is one deal that looks to good to be true, but it is not! I have been thoroughly impressed by this upper. The R&D kit comes with a 1913 retainer plug which means that any stripped lower can now become a buffer-less 9mm PCC with minimal investment. I have had zero hiccups running this kit and it is much cheaper than most offerings out there. Best of all- I can run a folding stock on it without worrying about any governing agencies at all and it fires with or without the stock extended. Mine folds down to right around 28.5" even with that big break on the end. 16" barrel and a compensator makes this a seriously soft shooting setup.

R&D Precision is a great company that does OEM for a lot of those more expensive names out there that you would recognize. Get the high quality, reliable PCC you have been wanting without spending $1k+.
