Most Helpful Negative Review expected better from radian
Aero precision, lower Daniel defense upper rear pin fits. Front pin will not even get started. checked it on the lower and the upper doesn’t fit any of the holes.

No better or wose

Takedown/ pivot pins work fine in my Spikes lower/Veltor upper meld. Crisp snap when closing. The joined spring and pin make it easier to manipulate them... However I did not receive the "silver" colored pins pictured, which is the reason I choose them. The black colored detent pins are not smooth and drag when switching from safe to fire, or when trying to break down the ar. The silver ones are smoother and move easily.
Pros:
  • At roughly $50 bucks, at least it didnt break the bank, AND they do hold your uppr and lower together.
Cons:
  • Disappointed to order one thing and get another

Better option

These are a great upgrade from mil spec takedown/pivot pins. The action is smooth and I did not notice this at first, but I really like the dimple in the end of the pins, this makes it great for pushing them!

Great Takedown pins

As always Radian did a great job on these pins. Great design with the springs not having to worry about retainer pins flying across the room.
The Takedown pins themselves are a nice snug fit in my lower providing the best lockup between an upper and lower that I have had. All in all great product.
