LPVO interference
The SL version of this charging handle has smaller wings. This is great for low drag. However, it is harder rack a round it you have a LPVO scope installed. The low eye relief sets the scope back directly above the charging handle.
Excellent, their best one
Some reviews over the years I've seen for the SL raptor tend to complain about the wings being too small. Sure they prevent snagging, but it's hard to grab because it's shorter. I've come to learn that this is because of the redundant forward assist on most ARs. There's no problem with this part when paired with the correct upper. I advise pairing it with the Aero slickside or something similar for the best results.

Great Snag-Free Design
This charging handle has a great low-profile rounded design that prevents it from snagging on gear while also still having more purchase and gripping area than a Mil-spec charging handle. It has a tight lock-up on every upper I’ve tested this on and is an overall excellent, durable design.

Excellent upgrade to your AR-15
This is the second Radian with NP-3 coating that I have purchased. The first one I bought is on my Daniel Defense model and shows zero
wear after thousands of rounds. When you clean the rifle and the bolt carrier itself, you simply need a soft cloth to wipe down the charging handle. If you also have a nickel boron bolt carrier, then it doesn't get any easier to clean the entire assembly.

Radian Weapons Raptor SL Ambidextrous Charging Handle
Great compact design. I don't like goughing my wrist on right side 'ear' of charging handle while engaging the forward assist. The smaller ears provide just enough if a sharp palm bump is necessary.

Every charging handle I own is radian. They are truly the most durable, functional and long lasting charging handle out there. Great product

standard or slim, the choice is yours
I was sold on the Radian charging handles immediately after holding a Radian ar15. The fit and feel is on point. I was worried with these new designs my fingers might get pinched on the back of the levers but it’s not a problem. The large latch face makes for a very comfortable solid grip, and the angle of the latches is just right. I chose the SL for a PDW that goes with me slung, and I didn’t want the bolt getting knocked open while doing things. The size is just about the same as a mil spec but far enhanced. I can side charge either hand on either side, or two finger it. The standard raptor size would be nice on a more active setup, and I’ll probably have to get both.

cool minimalism
aesthetic wise these are the coolest looking charging handle. way better looking than the lt. The latch are the same length thank god. The np3 wont scratch too, very smooth and makes minimal noise. Price is bit high tho.
