My delivery was fast and I love this comp. It makes my 365 shoot flat.

This combined with the dpm recoil reduction system transformed the performance of this gun. I also got the radian back-strap/magwell to top it off. This feels like it wants to shoot fast with the ramjet comp. Accuracy also seems to have improved. I was admittedly a little skeptical about this considering the price tag but it is absolutely worth it and has raised the fun factor inspiring me to shoot more often.

I paired this awesome product with a my Icarus Precision 311 XMacro grip, with a 365x slide, DPM spring and it came out flush. The comp and barrel just works, runs flat out the box with an incredibly easy install. It’s awesome. Also, if anyone is looking to upgrade their trigger on the p365…. Ramm Tactical makes one of the best ones for this platform.

By far the best comp setup by far for the P365 X-Macro. Takes alot of the muzzle flip out of a small gun making it shoot more like a full size gun. If your thinking about it stop thinking and just do it.

I was amazed after I installed this barrel and compensator from Radian. It is pricey, and took me a while to make the decision to get it but once I did I am extremely happy! Shooting this gun is just more fun, I'm back on target quicker making my shots faster and more accurate. Could not be more pleased with this product.

Very happy with this purchase. Arrival was quick. Barrel and Compensator fit perfectly together and in my P365X. The Bronze finish looks mint for this setup.

Was wondering if it really would help with recoil on my P365X (mussel flip) and absolutely help… love it so much I’ve bought it for G45, G43X too !!! Work perfectly with factory guide rod spring. Easy to install and everything you need is included.

Wow! This is a great addition to P365 XMACRO TACOPs. The reduction in recoil and muzzle rise is very noticeable. Super easy to install. Looking forward to seeing how The Ramjet Afterburner performs using my par timer. It’s not a fix for poor or misunderstood fundamentals. Once you have the basic fundamentals down this is a must buy for sure.

I have around 5k rounds through one P365 this year (2025). This comp functions exactly as advertised. I find that YouTube reviews are a bit disingenuous when talking about this comp. Most of the shills will claim it will make you a better shooter. It won’t. It’ll just make your bad habits less noticeable.

Due to the comp, I find myself putting as much input into this compact gun as I would on my full size handguns. If I had to put a number on it, I’d say it reduced vertical recoil by about 20-30%.

Why you should get it: This comp reduced recoil enough where I could keep my red dot within the viewing window, continuously, while rapidly firing rounds. Most importantly, you don’t put as much input into to the gun, causing you to tense up and miss low/left (right handed).

It’s definitely overpriced and overrated, but I like many barrel/comps on the market, this will not increase the chance of a failure to feed. They’ll also replace it for you if it breaks for whatever reason. As someone who shoots between 1-3k rounds a month, that was very appealing to me

The Radian Afterburner is an amazing compensator. It completely changes the feel of the gun and controls muzzle rise in a dramatic way — follow-up shots are noticeably faster and flatter.

One thing to note: installing it on a California-compliant P365 Standard comes with challenges. I had to remove the loaded chamber indicator (which I never liked anyway) and the manual safety. The added force from the compensator caused the manual safety to engage on its own during firing.

Performance-wise, the Radian is unmatched — just be aware of the setup changes if you’re running a CA-compliant model.
