Beware of Rambo Bikes, particularly their warranty. I purchased my Bushwacker in 2020 for $3k+, and it was great (as advertised) until it broke within the warranty period. I notified Rambo and ultimately they told me to find a local bike shop that could assess the repair work needed. I called my local bike shops and all of them stated that they did not work on Rambo bikes. Once I exhausted my efforts finding a local repair shop to assess the issue(s), I contacted Rambo customer service again and asked if they could connect me with a bike shop that could, in fact, repair their bikes. They commented via email that could not and suggested I search the internet for DIY videos. I then requested they send me a new motor (as this was the most obvious cause), but they responded that since the warranty period had now technically lapsed, that they would neither honor the warranty nor send parts at no cost; despite bringing this issue to their attention in writing before the warranty period expired.
As a small business owner, I cannot fathom a company who would operate in this manner. While I cannot proof it, their request to have me contact local bike shops to assess the repair work appears to be an attempt to run the warranty period out.
