It says it doesn’t come with the cummerbund. The only other review is from a guy that is illiterate.

Rip off gear. Don't buy
The pictures falsely advertise this carrier. It doesn't come with anything pictures at all. As for the waist strap it's supposed to come with, it does not, or atleast mine didn't and the company just plain doesn't care if you're missing stuff or not. I waited 3 months for the product and now im waiting who knows how long to hear why mine didn't come with anything it was supposed to. I guess it's my fault for thinking it should come as pictured....
