it works but with some drawbacks
The idea seemed really cool to me, lbs=pain and if I'm going to add weight to counterbalance I'd rather use a battery pack or batteries than simple weights. The design leaves alot to be desired but works as intended.
they have spandex battery holders on both sides but the way they are set up if you fill both panels your going to have a hard time getting it to stay on, (flat item velcroing to a curved surface)
that being said for the price and the weight you get from filling with rechargable AA batteries it works as a good weight on a team Wendy with PVS-14s.
Good quality
Nothing special as it's a counterweight pouch, but it's of good quality. Looks and feels sturdy.

It doesn't look like the picture
The pouch I received doesn't have the raptor claw mark logo and it has two long straps on the back I don't know what to do with. It doesn't say raptor tactical anywhere so its probably a fake and definitely not like the pictures.
