Most Helpful Positive Review Prescription Ray Ban Wayfarer with Gradient Lens
This is a great pair of prescription glasses. Sturdy build, hard black acetate(plastic)is a substance that will not degrade over time. No finish to wear off. No nose pads to break. No ear peice ends to pull off. Just solid and black. The lenses are so fixed they will not pop out. Optics Planet opticians did my prescription absolutely perfect and the lenses were flush in the frame. With my semi-strong prescription, that's not easy to do. These are genuine Ray Ban frames. Great glasses

Well built and the prescription was dead-on, but I as a bit dissapointed to see that the frames were made in China and not Italy. Other than that, they are great and look fantastic.
Pros: Excellent, classic Ray Bans
Cons: Made in China

Over a month and still have yet to receive glasses

i have made many orders through optics-planet and always been happy, but when something goes wrong it really goes wrong and customer service here is terrible.
I have sent over 5 emails and after getting the "run-around" for a month, I asked for a supervisor who basically responded with too bad for you but wait longer if you want your glasses. thanks eva h and ralph c for nothing...and im still waiting by the way...
Cons: customer service is a ridiculous

Great prices on prescription sunglasses!

I have ordered two pairs of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses from Optics Planet. Both were under $200. ea. That included extras like transition lenses and mirror coatings. Optics Planet prices make prescription sunglasses fun! I will be ordering again.
Pros: Good service. Glasses arrived in less than 2 weeks
Cons: You have to know what you want, can't try them on.
