Ball mount is terrible. The screen flops all over the place and is very hard to secure to the base.It is difficult to navigate between screens. I do like the size of the screen. I have owned this model for a year and a half and just can't seem to mount it properly. I had three other people attempt to mount the ball assembly and they had as much trouble as me. My mechanic could not get the unit tight on the base. I consider this a very bad design and I am going to try a different mount advertised.
