I process thousands of pieces of brass everyday and have tried various case lubes and various methods to lube thousands of pieces at a time. I've tried spritzers such as frankford arsenal, lanolin alcohol mixtures, etc. The problem I have is washing the case lube off using the other products. It's very greasy like trying to wash off axle grease. I could use mineral spirits but that's one more item I have to include in my expenses. The smoothness of operation is also not as great as the RCBS case lube.

The RCBS Case lube does the job every time. It runs extremely easy in my Dillon 1050 and is even easier to clean off using just warm water. Since it is a water based lube it just cleans right off your hands. Try doing that with the frankford arsenal spritzer. At $5 a bottle of the 2 oz. portions I had to find a bulk solution. I just add about a 1/8th to quarter ounce at a time inside of a large gallon ziplock bag and add 1000 cases inside the bag and massage it around till all the cases are nice and lubed. This gallon has 128 oz. which calculates to about 320,000 cases I can lube for my brass business. It's an excellent choice for bulk reloaders.
