This thing works great if you are full length sizing hundreds of bottle neck cases in a progressive loader. I don't think it would be beneficial in a single stage loader. No more rolling the cases on a lube pad and then sizing it, taking hours to do hundreds or thousands of .223 for me. I was able to size them so quick, I do not have enough tumblers to delube them fast enough. I just watch tv now and wait to put the next batch in. I highly recommend this item.
