Most Helpful Positive Review Quality set
I purchase this to assemble a new rifle lower. I was really happy with the quality of the hammer and pin punches. The package also allows you to keep the set together when storing it. Everything fits securely in the package.
Most Helpful Negative Review Waste of money
If you like tools that bend instantly with a couple of hammer strikes, this is for you. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. It's made in China. Not sure how this is being sold still as all of the punches and taper pin punch completely bent after a few smacks. Waste of money.

Essential Tool kit

by Sal, Verified Owner from MD, United States Written on January 24, 2024
This is a very essential tool specifically if you eant to assemble your lower receiver. It has all the punches you need with a good quality that will minimize scratching your lower. I just wish the label on the back had more details om what tool could be used for what job.

by dabega, Verified Owner from WI, United States Written on January 19, 2024
Bought this for my dad for his birthday and he loves it. Used it to put in his new geissele trigger. Says the quality is great. The hammer was also a bonus. Definitely recommended for the beginner smith.

Good To Have … but meh ..

by JBH, Verified Owner from AR, United States Written on August 4, 2023
This is an essential toolset to have, especially when you have a polymer frame that has pins holding it together. This punch set that I received is decent, but some of the punches came slightly bent, so I’m not sure if it’s a quality control issue, but it would not surprise me that is the issue.

Great Accessory

by Nelson, Verified Owner from MN, United States Written on April 4, 2023
I bought this set for my first build and it was everything I needed. Everything is well made and the case made it easy to store the kit without having a bunch of pin punches laying around. Would recommend to anyone looking for a kit.

Accu-Punch Hammer & AR-15 Pin Punch Set

by Player in the Game, from TX, United States Written on May 25, 2022
Cool tool kit! It comes with various hammer heads made from different materials so you can bang away accordingly. It has pin punches in the common sizes needed to get the job done. Also, it has tweezers for when even your tiny mitts are overkill.

by slcmax, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on April 4, 2021
I am happy with this set and I would by again if the need arises. Parts seem to be a decent quality and I have build a few lowers with the set and don't have anything negative to say about my experience with the set.
Pros:
  • Nice set
  • Better than the other roll pin punch sets I have used
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Building AR-15s
