Simple mechanical 1/4 inch torque limiter
I haven't taken this and tested it with a precise inch-pounds measuring tool, but it goes click when the torque value it is set to has been reached so I can only assume it is working as intended.

Ease of mind
Used this tool to mount a new scope and swap and re-adjust some others on my rifles. I used this in combination with a 1/4” socket and ratchet wrench. Used bits from my Weaver tool kit. Tool is very easy to adjust and use. Puts your mind at ease knowing that you won’t over tighten the screws. It clicks and gives once you reach the set torque. Well worth the money.
