Great Grips
Awesome grips that allowed me to add a rail to my Kimber Custom II 1911. They look great and are very secure. My weapon light slid right on and is a very secure fit. Have so far put about 500 rounds through it and it hasn’t loosened up at all.

When i received these for the first time i thought they might be flimsy as best, but i was pleasantly surprised that is not the case. These grips fit very well and feel solid. The rail held up very well with my light on it at the range. 400 rounds in, and it's still solid. Definitely recommended if if you want to modernize your 1911!

Recover Tactical 1911
Awesome device to put on your 1911, very easy to install on your firearm. The only con I see as of right now, is I need to hunt down another holster for my 1911. But ultimately this is a great item to put on your firearm if one is looking for a picatinny rail for a light/laser. Very impressed. Thank you Optics planet.

Awesome product
I have a 1911 Defender series pistol. This pistol doesn’t come with a rail system, so I purchased this product. Once installed, everything just fits perfectly. The rail system it provides feels like it is built into the weapon itself and it fits very snug to the 1911 with no wiggle room.

1911 grip rail
Fitment was easy on my rock island. Was hoping there was a way to use my original grips with this item . It did however come with 2 sets of panels to let me choose between grey and black. It made the grip itself just a little wider but not so much that it was uncomfortable.

nice grip and rail
out of the box it seems like its over priced for how thin and flimsy it feels, but once you attach it, it feels strong and sturdy. No wiggle. grip is very comfortable to hold. accessories attach as easy as a standard rail and hold the same as well.
